Introduction Text I have been overweight my whole life. I am finally making steps in focussing on living a healthy lifestyle as opposed to just losing weight! I know I am doing it solely for me now and nobody else so I feel that is what actually brings success :)

Ultimate goal is to reach a weight of 150, which is the high end of the healthy weight for my height. Short term goal is to reach 180 (by Christmas), that is when I will be considered "overweight" rather than "obese"... but also the weight I remember being in public school!

I do strength training 3x a week with a trainer (for an hour), as well as body combat 2x a week (for an hour). This is my ideal week, since I am in school and have group meetings sometimes a work out needs to be sacrificed unfortunately.

I am from a small town, but moved to the city for school. My school work load is extremely time consuming so finding time to work out used to be hard but now it is part of my daily routine which I try to stick to and work around.

I used to play hockey which kept me in shape. I broke my ankle 2 years ago which lead me to my highest weight of 243. I am wanting to get in an official boxing match as one of my goals :)... started taking boxing classes so I am really going to focus on this!
