    You can look at a mountain as a wild place of beauty to view or paint or photograph from a safe distance; or a wild place capable of destruction like Mount St. Helens. Or you can look at it as a wild challenge that you take on one step at a time. When you begin the challenge you'll have no idea how long it will take to get to the top, but you know you will with the support of your team.

    We are here for you! We'll help you climb that mountain. You'll find us on the rocky slopes, the shady valleys, the wild flower meadows, the glacier lakes. New Challenges are starting Sunday.

    Hello and welcome back to SP! As you know you will find a lot of things here that can help like the food and exercise trackers: its quite eye opening to see how many calories you are taking in and its very motivating to see how many calories you can burn...all in all it helps keep you on track. I would also suggest you try to blog each day as it keeps aware of what is going on, can show you what may be a trigger, and lets you vent if you need and gives your SP friends a chance to offer advice and support. We are all on the same journey and its nice to have someone here for you to give you a hand. Hope to be able to do this for you and maybe you can do the same for me too. Good luck!
