In 2016, I got down to my lowest weight in 20 years and felt normal again. However, I got careless and started 2017 33 lbs. heavier. 2018 was a year filled with loss, sorrow, frustration and stress but I am amazed that I only gained 6 lbs. and most of that was over the holidays.

I think I am finally learning from my mistakes and plan to make 2019 the year I get back in ONEderland!

Fitness Minutes: 18,579

My Goals:

Monitor my TV time

Be able to wear everything in my closet

Reach my short term goal of 62 lbs. lost by the end of August

Be in ONEderland for my 45th anniversary





My Program:

Take each day as it comes.  Make the very best choices I can so I can go to bed at night feeling proud and accomplished.  I also want to wake up each morning feeling refreshed and vitalized...ready to face whatever the new day brings.

Because it leads to mindless eating and poor food choices, TV will no longer be watched while sitting in my comfortable recliner.  .

Do some type of exercise for 30 minutes 5 times a week.  Vary it...don't have to do all 30 minutes at once...can break it in to 10 or 15 minute segments throughout the day.  If I don't feel like doing a regimented program, I can walk or run in place in front the the TV or just put on some music and dance with wild abandon.

Continue doing 30 squats, 20 pushups from the knees, 10 regular pushups, and a 60 second plank daily. Work up to doing 50 squats, 35 pushups from the knees, 15 regular pushups, and 90 second plank daily.
Ride my bike at least twice a week.
Do strength training 3 times a week.
