ICANBEHEALTHY2, thanks for your comment on the post about struggling to increase calories. I'm sure your response will be helpful to me as well. I have started every day with a well planned, nutrient dense meal and then end up taking half of it off because of the sheer quantity of food I had to eat to meet my minimum calorie goal of 1200. I wasn't a big eater to begin with. I just consumed a lot of calories from sodas. I'm still working on the details, and this will be a big help to me. :) 1305 days ago
