Natural sugars like what's in fruit, honey are ok. It's still a matter of moderation. Just don't overdo. Stevia if you can get just plain stevia with no additives (dextrose) grocery store Stevia has this added ingredient in the raw. High sugar fruits, be more limited. Stick with berrys mostly whatever has the lower sugars. I do have 1 banana a day because of the potassium, and just include it in my nutrition counts. But if I have a green drink I like the banana with some sort of berry. I go for whatever is on sale, and then I freeze them. (The berry) I learned this cool trick from another Sparker. You lay them out on parchment paper on a cookie sheet, and put in freezer, until they freeze then bag them. They keep really well for whatever the need, I do this with almost any fruit I can freeze, like I just did peaches. 2710 days ago
