Introduction Text Hello, my name is Jenny and I want to lose weight and become healthier for myself and my family. I am tired of sitting on the sidelines of life. Over the years I have become sedentary, gained weight, and quit doing the things I used to enjoy such as hiking and playing sports. I am making small changes so that I can lose weight slowly and keep them off.

--Lower my fasting glucose number & blood pressure. --DONE 8/2013 --Become more fit so I can do daily tasks more easily. --Play softball again and eventually join a league team. --DONE 5/2013! ~Pounds lost~ 10: 2/25/2013 20: 9/14/2013 30: 3/16/2014 40: 50: 60: 70: 80: 90: 100: 110:

--Eat around 2,000 calories a day --Exercise for at least 200 minutes a week. My favorite form of activity is walking and aerobic videos at home.

I have lived in Virginia my whole life and so has my husband of 13 years. We have a 8 year old little girl, a dog, and 2 cats.

I like to walk, hike, read, and go bowling. Favorite TV shows: ID Discovery channel The Walking Dead Pretty Little Liars The Golden Girls Roseanne Anything about ghosts
