The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of September. The challenge consists of 11 Teams that participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.

I've veen in a slump. Mostly due to an injury but really have used it as an excuse too. I have to find some different ways to burn calories. How is your challenge coming along? I am thinking this week will be a better week. My mind is in a better place, my body just had to catch up! 146 days ago

I totally agree Coree. One you get the momentum going it is so much easier to keep it going. In fact , for myself, I don't feel good about myself if I skip the exercise during those times when I have the momentum.
