6/2009 -I took a Spark quiz a while back. It said I was slightly off track with my nutrition and exercise. They got it right on the nose. I don't have any super bad habits but I also don't have any really great habits.

So I am working on trying to develop good habits. Slowly changing so the good habits become second nature. Who ever said it takes 21 days to develop a new habit hasn't met me.

9/2010 I am not where I want to be yet and I am not going back to where I was. I been at a plateau for the longest time and yet it isn't really a plateau. My body fat percentage has been dropping without the scale moving. If I just look at the amount of weight difference in the body fat percentages it is amazing.

6/18/15- time to make the changes permanent. Looking back, I truly still am where I was 6 years ago and I don't want to be there anymore.

Original Goals:
-lose 20 pounds
-change bad habits into healthier ones.

Revised Goals:
-lose total of 28 pounds
-consistently hit 8,000 steps a day and work that up to 10,000 steps
-add more fruits and veggies to my diet
-to stay consistent on my exercise routine




My Program:
Simply eat less and exercise more.

There are many younger people using this site, and I would say to you � please think ahead, think of you being older and having these problems and the way it would affect your life. Then use that as motivation to lose the weight while you are still young enough to enjoy life and to get everything you can out of it.

    Hi, thanks for the goodie! I am just crazy busy! Here it is 12:15 and I have just gotten off my feet! I am putting up ceramic tile in my bathroom, floor and tub/shower surround. We started on Monday and it is quite a big job. I took a couple of hours out this morning and got to keep my grandbaby while mommy ran some errands. Oh is he a doll! Anyway hope to finish the bath totally by friday. Tomorrow I have a man coming to knock down a wall between my kitchen and mudroom. I am having the kitchen remodeled and my cabinets are due to arrive the 19th. My house is one big mess right now and probably won't be back in order until sometime in August! Once I get my part done (bathroom, tile the laundry and paint my office) then everything else someone else is doing (YAY) and I will have more time for spark. Right now if I don't get a few minutes in the morning I don't get a chance to track until late. Okay, now I've written you a book! I sure appreciate your thinking about me!
