Thanks for your comment on my blog. I was afraid it would open a can of worms... While I agree and I plan to enjoy my meal, that doesn't give me the greenlight to binge, and it certainly doesn't give me the go-ahead to continue that meal's pattern to the next one. =)

I'm for enjoying anything I want to at the table, but I don't have to have huge quantities of everything.

Much love to you and your family!

Loved your comment on my blog. I live in the southern part of New England (US), but my farmers use unheated greenhouses to stretch their growing season. Trust me, by February there won't be any more of those fresh mesclun mountains to ascend!

I know exactly what you mean by tackling one challenge at a time. Since I've been building my menus around the weekly veggies for several years now, that part is easy for me. The effort comes in finding new recipes and fitting them all within my SP calorie ranges.

We all start where we are, and help each other get to the next place we need to be. I'm glad to be doing this with you.

Thanks for the Spark Goodie. I used to live in Vancouver, BC and my kids (they are all grown up) father's family all live there. So I like to think of myself as an honorary Canadian, although I never took out my citizenship. I am a huge Wayne Dyer and Eckhart Tolle fan.

Love the comment that 'nobody talks back to me'. LOL My family is quite good at talking back to me. I find some of the "how are you doing today' threads are more for commenting and not so much replying altho I will occassionally reply. I certainly don't want to hurt any feelings. Also, we all mess up sometimes and we just have to work on improving.
