Dream Big. Start Small. Act Now!
September Top 3 Priorities 1. Balance 2. Accountability 3. Consistency I am 52 married, and live in California with my husband and my rescue pets, I also live with multiple health issues, a number of which are chronic (read incurable). I didn't join spark to fit into a bikini, become a gym rat, or run a marathon. After spending 3 1/2 months in bed this winter feeling sick and miserable, I decided that I had enough. September Top 3 Priorities 1. Balance 2. Accountability 3. Consistency I am 52 married, and live in California with my husband and my rescue pets, I also live with multiple health issues, a number of which are chronic (read incurable). I didn't join spark to fit into a bikini, become a gym rat, or run a marathon. After spending 3 1/2 months in bed this winter feeling sick and miserable, I decided that I had enough. I'm here to find a balance in my life. To be as healthy as I can be, and to enjoy my next 50 years the best that I can. If this sounds familiar, please friend me so we can encourage each other along the way. 6/13/17: Signed up for 2017 Summer Challenge.

Move out of the weight range of "obese".
To be able to take my dogs on a minimum 2 mile pack walk every day.
Completed 3/13/16!
To regain enough strength and flexibility to lay on the floor and get up again without assistance.
Completed 9/1/16
Dr approved stopping Lipitor (cholesterol medication.
Dr approved stopping all blood pressure medications.
My Program:
Healthy eating through food tracking and avoidance of food with zero nutritional value.
Reduced caloric intake.
Gentle stretching and exercise.
Compete in the 2017 Summer 5% challenge!

20 min stretching
20 min walking the dogs 5 days a week (alt cardio on hot days)
Monday and Friday add strength training
Tuesday and Thursday add extra cardio
Wednesday and Saturday add yoga
Sunday = Friends and Family day
