I enjoy experimenting with different recipes and am always coming up with something new for the family. One of my goals this time around is to have cooking to meet our family's needs be less stressful. My daughter has Celiac's disease so I need to cook gluten-free as well as please the rest of the bread lovers in our family.

My Goals:
These are a work in progress hopefully to be reset in the next couple of weeks.
My Program:
-I am tracking with Sparkpeople and on an almost daily basis.
- I will begin by exercising 3 days a week at least 1/2 hour each time.
- I am determined to make this a lifestyle and not just a diet.
- I'm learning to eat the portions that I need and will start 100 Days of Weight Loss Jan. 1st.
Personal Information:
This last year has been a struggle with changes in country, language, culture and many other transitions... but I'm back on my feet and motivated to continue.
