Cardio i love to do. Treadmill is my best freind, if i walk on treadmill its a walk jog, but on the 15%(steepest) incline, and i normally do that an hour. The satirs at the gym, they have a cardio machine for stairs, i like that 30-45mins. Rowing and ellipitcal i will mix it up once and while. Come Oct when my work for year is done, i normally add my squash game back in 5 days a week. Thats basically what i do, i have taken up running though, and try to get that in 3 times a week 3 miles(4.8km) Doesnt really matter what cardio you do, just get sweating and if thats running off you, then ya got a good cardio happening.
My rule of thumb is keep it simple and work hard. To much fancy is frustrating i think. Just do what you love! 4551 days ago

Hi there. CHeesecake....and you didnt invite me?!!! Dont feel guilty bout the cheesecake, it was your birthday. If we take everything we enjoy out of our lives, then thats sad. This isnt a diet, its a lifestyle change, we learn good food choices along the way and change our habits. But we are still allowed to celebrate, we just toss in an extra work out to compensate, or understand the scale wont go down next day. I am firm beleiver in having fun, we become resentful if we cant have things...am so gald you celebrated birthday.!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY.
I told my girlfreind when she gets to her goal, i'll buy her a piece of cheese cake, thats what she wanted when she reached her goal, so i promised her i would do that for her and with her!
