My Goals:

My Program:
Winter Wellness Plan

My Food Plan:
Mediterranean Diet - Whole food, limited processed food, minimal sugar while staying within my calorie and nutrient ranges. Measure my portions!

Meal timing - IF 4/5 days per week
- Largest meal at noon.
- NO food after 7pm.

My Movement Plan:
My 5% commitment is 30+ minutes/ 7 days a week.
~ ST - YNY
~Cardio - 30 min+/3+ times per week (treadmill, LS dvd, walking in the neighborhood or hiking)
~Flexibility - Yoga- 20+/day
~Step goal 8,000/day increasing to 10,000 Hit my goal of 1200 miles in 2020.

Continue to experiment with Ayurvedic self care practices.

Personal Information:
My 10 Reasons For Losing Weight
1. I will be 60 next spring and a Grandma in July!
I would like to -
2. ... be able to physically do what I want to do as I get older like play with my grandchildren.
3. ... avoid future health problems like high blood pressure and diabetes.
4. ... hurt less and move with more ease.

9. ... be able to hike further.
10. ... finally feel comfortable on a yoga mat!
