My Goals:


My Program:
Winter Wellness Plan

My Food Plan:
Mediterranean Diet - Whole food, limited processed food, minimal sugar while staying within my calorie and nutrient ranges. Measure my portions!

Meal timing - IF 4/5 days per week
- Largest meal at noon.
- NO food after 7pm.

My Movement Plan:
My 5% commitment is 30+ minutes/ 7 days a week.
~ ST - YNY
~Cardio - 30 min+/3+ times per week (treadmill, LS dvd, walking in the neighborhood or hiking)
~Flexibility - Yoga- 20+/day
~Step goal 8,000/day increasing to 10,000 Hit my goal of 1200 miles in 2020.

Other
Continue to experiment with Ayurvedic self care practices.

1. I will be 60 next spring and a Grandma in July!
