Hi my name is Ivelisse but you all can call me Ivy. I have a beautiful 1 and 1/2 year old daughter named Isabelle and the most wonderful husband any woman can ever ask for his name is Patrick.

I am 23 years old 5'2 ( I know short lol) I have been battling my weight for about 3 years now since before I got pregnant. After I gave birth I lost about 20 pounds which put me at 160. Then I went to Dominican Republic to visit my family and that is when I realized how I truly looked and how over weight I was. I felt horrible so after I came home I bought P90X I did it for about 1 month and lost about 15 pounds then I stopped because life got in the way. My husband got deployed and then I decided that I was not going to sit around and let the weight come back on. So I started doing a mixture of P90X and shred and that's where I am now. I weigh 134 and feel amazing I love the way my body looks and feels I am so excited for my husband to come home to his hot, sexy wife that he married 4 years ago ;)

    hello! do you know me?
    if you don't, you should.
    i'm ONE POUND of fat!
    and i am the happiest pound of fat,
    that you would ever want to meet!
    do you want to know why?

    it's because no one ever wants to lose me!
    i'm ONLY one pound, just a pound!
    everyone wants to lose five, ten, fifteen pounds...
    never ONLY one!

    so i just stick around and happily, keep you fat!
    then i add to myself, ever so slyly,
    so that you never seem to notice it.
    that is, until i've grown to ten, twenty,
    or even fifty pounds in weight...
    yes, it's fun being ONLY ONE POUND of fat,
    left to do as i please.

    so when you weigh in, keep right on saying...
    "oh, i only lost ONE pound..."
    for you see, if you do this,
    you'll encourage others to keep me around
    because they'll think i'm not worth losing.

    and i LOVE being around you...your arms, your legs,
    your chin, your stomach, your lovehandles, your back...
    EVERY part of you!

    Hey!! I just wanted to say you look AMAZING girl!! I just started doing P90X and found your page doing some searching about people's results from the workout... and oh my goodness am I impressed! Seeing results like yours makes me want to stick with it.. cuz WOW that plyometrics is some intense stuff, and it almost had me saying "just throw in the towel.." Not after what I've seen here. Thanks so much for the motivation and inspiration!! Keep up the hard work!!
