It is time for a change. A change in direction, lifestyle, and habits. I'm ready for the change.

I've been very inconsistent with working out, eating right, or involving myself in stress relieving activities. My husband and I decided that all of us needed to make an asserted effort to incorporate life style changes that will teach our daughter good habits as well. Spiritually, we've always taught our daughter Christian morals, yet it takes a little physical effort to apply those principles. To have the physical ability it takes focus, training, and energy. We have found a way to put those beliefs into motion, through Tae Kwon Do. We learn together, train together, and change together.

Spark will help me track my progress and incorporate the nutritional goals needed to further maintain mental and physical balance.

Fitness Minutes: 2,575

My Goals:
1. Drink 8 glasses or more of water.

2. To practice Yoga and TKD daily.

3. Eat appropriate portions of healthy meals and no skipping meals.

4. Do 30 min of cardio daily and 20 mins of strength training at least 3 times a week.

*5. Live the spiritual, physical, and emotional life that God wants me to with purpose and drive.


My Program:
Fitness:
*TKD class 5 days a week

*Practice Poomsae daily

Weight training 3 days a week

3 sun salutation + 20 mins elliptical trainer every morning

Nutrition

Track meals daily
Max 1500 calories daily, LOW fat, LOW sugar
5 servings fruit & vegetables
8 glasses of water or more
