Hi, I have lost 65 pounds 2 years ago, and am finding that I am starting to gain it back.......I knew that when I gained 20 pounds of it back I had to take action.....I found it easier to lose the weight than to keep it off......lol

My Goals:
My goal is to lose another 40 pounds and keep it off...make sure i put exercise into my daily routine.

My Program:
 I am trying to keep variety into my diet, I have a problem with eating the safe foods and being afraid to change so eventually i get sick of eating the same thing.....variety and exercise
