My name is Hannah and I had been pretty heavy for the majority of my life. That was until I hit my breaking point when I hit 217.7 lbs when I was 20 years old. I was so unhappy with how my life was turning out so I decided to change things. I originally lost 60 lbs back in 2011, but over time I have gained 30ish lbs back. This time around I'm trying to not care as much about the number of lbs lost but instead my overall health.

 I'm eating slower and not as often. I'm also eating more fruits and vegetables, and cutting some sodium out of my diet.

    Welcome Hannah to the teams, Scoliosis & All Screwed Up! I'm on both teams. Neither are very active but yet it is important to make those connections with people that have similar problems. I hope that your surgery was successful and is helping you live your life more normally. I didn't have my surgery until later in life and it has made a world of difference.
