Hi, my name is Jamie and I am 25 years old. I work full-time, attend college part-time, play softball and volleyball, and workout as much as possible (almost everyday).
Workouts I enjoy include kickboxing, kettlebells, plyometrics, circuit, running, walking, etc.
I am currently in the www.KOSAMA.com program. I just completed my first 20K and looking forward to more long distance runs. I'm super busy and enjoy every bit of it. Let me know if you have any questions :)

My Goals:
Lose weight, become toned, look great, feel great, and live a healthy and happy life :)

Short term:
*Run the 2011 Dam to Dam. June 4th, 2011 - CHECK!!!
*Have my very own photo shoot Fall 2011



My Program:
I do not weigh myself. I have built so much muscle that it only discourages me but I am extremely active and living a healthy lifestyle :)

My schedule varies alot!

I wake up every morning for KOSAMA class at 5:20am. It varies from upper body, plyometrics, kickboxing, lower body, yoga and circuit.

Monday - Upper Body/Circuit 5:20am
Run in PM

Tuesday - Plyometrics 5:20am

Wednesday - Kickboxing/Kettlebells 5:20am
Run & Women's Volleyball in PM

Thursday -Circuit/Kickboxing 5:20am

Friday - Kickboxing/Lower Body 5:20am
Run in PM

Saturday - Hot Yoga
Run in afternoon/OFF

Sunday - Run/OFF

-I'm extremely active. I am called to play in tournaments all summer for softball and volleyball. You will hardly ever see me sitting around with nothing to do.
-I'm not one to go out and party very often. I'm trying to cut alcohol out of my diet completely. It's been a challenge especially when your use to drinking at many different functions.
