Introduction Text When loved ones come home, always run to greet them. Never pass up the opportunity to go for a joyride. Allow the experience of fresh air and the wind in your face to be Pure Ecstasy. Take naps. Stretch before rising. Run, romp, and play daily. Thrive on attention and let people touch you. Avoid biting when a simple growl will do. On warm days, stop to lie on your back on the grass. On hot days, drink lots of water and lie under a shady tree. Be loyal. Never pretend to be something you're not. If what you want lies buried, dig until you find it. When someone is having a bad day, be silent, sit close by, and nuzzle them gently. ENJOY EVERY MOMENT OF EVERY DAY! My name is Janet. I am 49 and have 2 children Nicholas age 17 and Marissa age 8. I am married to a wonderful man. I am from Pittsburgh, PA. I like to garden and enjoy the outdoors. I am hoping to get re-motivated. I have been on Sparks for three years and lost 40 pounds. Unfortunately I have recently gained some of that weight back. I have been making alot of bad food choices. And need to change things up a bit. I am ready to re-committ myself to lose these last 10 pounds to finally get to goal.

I have a desk job in a high rise building. When I come to work I take the bus. I always get off the bus at the first stop in town and walk to work. I also walk around town on my lunch breaks. I used to be a big mountain dew drinker - I have cut out the dew and replaced with water.

I am from Pittsburgh, PA and work in downtown. If I am unable to walk at lunch outside due to weather, I always go inside a department store and walk through the store.
