Joshua died one year and three months ago. Yesterday I stayed alone all day. He would have celebrated his 38th birthday. Sometimes it feels as if I will stop breathing when I start thinking about him. Still don't know where I will be going so don't know where to bury his ashes. I can't even think of scattering them somewhere. I worked on sewing an old quilt I have been working on since I bought it at a garage sale in GA mountains. Every summer when we went to the mountains to visit with mom I would sit and sew the little two inch squares. I have not worked on the quilt since I have been in Jacksonville. But yesterday it seemed something to do in memory of Joshua.Honey Bear and I went on our daily walk. It rained a few times and made the air hot and muggy. So far I have been able to start entering my daily food intake since Wednesday. I have a health coach that will monthly be touching base with me. I tried using a health coach two years ago and never changed my food intake. If I do not watch and document what I eat I slide back. I am really frustrated by my sliding back and my lack of motivation. I look in the mirror and hate what I see.
