Introduction Text Back in high school I was a size two. I could literally fit into little girls clothes. My opinion I was too skinny. My mom kept telling me watch what your eating keep exercising or the weight will sneak up on you. I didn't believe her of course I was a teenager I knew everything. I got married at 21 and the weight was already creeping up I wore a size 8 wedding dress. Then in 2004 I had my first son, I quit exercising and was eating whatever I wanted (you know the good ole saying "I'm eating for two now" well I took full advantage of it). Then in 2006 I had my second son and still not watching the weight. Which brings me to three years later and still trying to convince myself that I am still carrying the baby weight which in all reality I know its not true. If I would have started watching my weight three years ago after my youngest one was born I wouldn't be where I am now. I have tried many diet plans all of which I give up on or am lax on what I do. NOT this time! I CAN DO THIS!!!!

I would like to lose 60 pounds and have a somewhat toned body.



I am 27 and I live in Golden, CO. I have two sons and they are my world. I have a very loving and supportive husband. I am currently a stay at home mom, but I will be starting nursing school on the June 25th and will be finished with the program in October 2011.
