Introduction Text Hi I'm Jackie. I'm from Surrey in the UK. I started my weight loss diet on Jan 4th 2009 weighing in at 17st 6lbs and between January and August that year I lost 65lbs. Over the past 7 yrs I've managed to put 59 of those pounds back on and I'm here to start again. I'm a 55 yr old childminder, Mum to 4 adult children and Nana to 7 wonderful grandchildren. They are part of the reason for me wanting to lose weight as I want to be a fit and fun Nana not one who just sits and watches. I love painting in my art journal, reading, tracing my family tree and using my computer. I'm quite shy, but really friendly. I'd love to meet some new friends to share my weight loss journey with. I'm sticking to 1400 cals a day I'm walking at least 10000 steps every day I'm spending between 30 mins and an hour a day on the treadmill I'm using the wii active game for 30 mins 5 times a week I am spending between 10 and 20 mins every other day using dumb-bells or kettle-bells Okay - that's the ideal - the reality is that I aspire to do all of the above and sometimes I do and sometimes I don't!
