oops I did it again


Confession time, life threw me a few curve balls the last year and a half, some good some not so good all stressful and I combated by eating...... I have now gained all my weight back and I am starting at step one all over again. ugh! I am disappointed in myself for backsliding all the way back to the beginning after making such a major change in my health and lifestyle and weight. No time like the present to get back on the wagon tho. time to move forward with positivity and not look back in ...

Time for Spring cleaning!

    Hi, I just finished reading your profile and wow way to go. I got on the scale in January to realize i weighted 297 pounds. That was the highest I had weighted in my life. I was horrified and decided I needed to do something. I joined Sparkpeople and have lost 21 pounds to date. I am gradually working on doing more exercise, and hope to be at a healthy weight by November of next year. I want to have a full life and enjoy doing activities with my 9 yr old son and husband. Thank you for your inspiration!

    I'm doing okay. I'm on day 11 of DH being out of town. He works in Texas! It's a drag, but we are employed. I'm kind of going batty, but I know him coming home and the warm weather will be a big boost. The cold is ... cold, but I've lived in TX most of my life- it is insanely hot there so it will be a long, long time before I hate the cold. I hate HOT and humid with a passion! Just FYI, I lived in Huntington Beach for three years. I really miss trips to the beach, especially at night for hot dog roast! Happy belated birthday and enjoy your weekend!
