Hello Friends.
Once more I am starting over. It seems that's what I do best.
I am only going to put down one goal. My goal is to check in to SparkPeople every day.

My Program:
* Trusting Jesus every day.
* A healthy breakfast daily.
* Not eating unless I am hungry.
* Cutting food portions daily.
* Moving more. Even if it is jogging in place!
* Getting my blood pressure down.
* Keep at it every day!



Personal Information:
I am a Christian and a recent widow. I have 3 children, 4 grandchildren, 4 step grandchildren.
I retired May 23, 2014.
My husband died 12/2018. He is pain free. Dancing and worshiping Jesus!
I miss him but life goes on. I continue to go to church and have gone on a few dates.
I try to keep busy. I am not afraid but once in a while I do get lonely.


Other Information:
I love to make paper beads, an avid reader, work on all kinds of puzzles, play on my computer, and spend time with my children, grandchildren! About twice a month I play games with some friends.
Not quite completely retired, right I am an aide in a 3rd/4th classroom who have to practice social distancing and therefore use two classrooms. I monitor one room while the teacher teaches in the other. Then we trade places.
I have some trouble with my left eye and have to have injections once a month to help with my vision. It is getting better slowly.
