Nothing Tastes as Good as Being Fit Feels


I have already lost 120 pounds...and then gained 20 back over the summer and holidays.. I now need to finish what I started and finally be fit!

My Goals:
My goal is to be a fit 140 pounds by June 1st and finally incorporate a healthy lifestyle with diet and exercise for the long term.

My Program:
 I am following a modified HMR weightloss plan with incorporating lean meats and lots of veggis and fruits with their protein shakes. I also am trying to burn at least 2000 calories per week.

    Welcome to the Nebraska's Losing Weight team! My family and I just moved to Omaha in this summer from SW Kansas and I found SparkPeople a short time later. It has been a Godsend to say the least! We'd love to have you join us for the Trek to the Top in February! I am really nervous but also excited to challenge myself like this and to meet some buddies from SP!
