    Well - we begin again - we just need to get our eating in check. Don't overwork yourself & remember, just because the food is there and everyone is eating, if you don't want it, don't eat it. If you're not hungry, don't eat. grab a coffee, tea, wine, whatever - being at home this week really blew my diet out of the water. being in that house always messes with food consumption rules!

    I can see by your ticker that you are seriously losing weight! Good job! Hopefully you're still sticking with it as you can see how much it works. My next weigh in is Monday so we'll see where I am.

    finally you have a profile picture! Yeah - I tried to break them in half but i felt magnetically pulled back in the direction of said cookie & finished the rest. BUT - instead of eating two at a time (like I did Saturday - the Cowgirl Cookies are f-ing devine & taste like choco chip cookie dough - but two definitely made me sick to my stomach) - I only eat one at a time, until they're all gone. My triggers are sugar & wheat so I really have to watch them lest I go out of control. I love the nature valley apple bars - I dip them in my black tea. I pretent that they're biscotti. Have fun fatting - I just ate my din dins - it was veggieliscious- I heart Trader Joes tomato pepper soup. Oh and I made carrot fries (get parchment paper, cut carrots into sticks and bake them at 425 for about 25 minutes). mmmmmm
