    To help with exercise, I would recommend chair marching. You just sit in your chair and march. I had to do that when I was at my heaviest weight and it really helped.

    Welcome to SP! Yes, chair exercises would be great for you. Look at "My Fitness" on the left hand tab, then under "Strength Training" then click on "Add Strength Exercises" on the right hand side. You will find several that use a chair.
