Introduction Text My biggest desire is to master emotional eating once and for all!! To master binging and to come to terms with what life throws at you without turning to food. WELCOME TO MY SPAGE; MY STORY :) February of last year(2009) a friend of mine emailed me some pictures from our vacation together and i hadn't noticed how big i had gotten till i saw those pics; i cried & was so upset. I couldn't believe it...how much i had abandoned myself!!! this lead me to the scale which i constantly avoided and found out i was 211 lbs. That scared me & motivated me enough to finally make a change & Also desperate enough to do anything!!! Which lead me to my first stop on my weight loss journey the cookie diet & i joined Smart for life.... lost 25 lbs in 2 months. i thought this is great!!! so fast and seemed so easy till i got fed up of eating the same thing everyday and well the cookies were good but i love food and thought there has to be another way....i need food...real food!!! Counting calories that's it....i can apply the same principles of the cookie diet by eating several times a day; in the 1200-1400 calorie range but with real food & save money while doing it because those cookies didn't come cheap. So i googled calorie counter & came across SP and my life has never been the same!!!! I joined SP in April but only became active in june/ july 2009. It was the friends i made that kept me coming back. Weird how it may sound strangers that i meet in this virtual world called SP...who knew that they & this site would have such an impact on my life. They have & this site has given me the tools & motivation to continue on. I take pride in my Spage. It's my story & when i visit it daily i see how far i have come & that also keeps me going!! I love visiting spages and reading about ur stories...that keeps me going. You; all of u are an inspiration. 200lbs lost or 10lbs lost even those of u just starting...we r all in the same boat. We all needed or need to make major changes in order to reach our goals and that's not always so easy but here with SP some how it does make it easier. The familiarity, the common ground we all have in itself makes it possible for anyone of us to go further then we ever expected & go beyond our wildest dreams. You really become to see and believe if he can do it, if she can do it, then u better believe it i can do it & i say to you if i can do it you most defiantly can. Weight has been a constant issue with me and its time I conquer it once and for all! I believe i have thanks to SP..... I'm done with being fat!! I'm done with being self-conscious, I'm done with lacking energy and I'm done with excuses!!! I want to set a good example for my daughter and I want to feel like a hottie while doing it. Lost 70lbs in 2009 and got another 20 left to loose this year...goal is by spring. It's a new me and i'm loving it!!!!! Maintain healthy eating habits for life Stay motivated and think positive play more read more live more rest more priorities and stay organized Get 7 - 8 hrs of sleep track my nutrition daily

Eating 5-6 x day stay in the 1200-1500 calorie range. tracking everything i eat keeping my goals in front of me and vision the new me everyday. Cardio 3-5 x wk ST 2xwk

I've got a 3year old little girl whom i absolutely love and adore!! She's my little sunshine and she is why i'm becoming healthier everyday for; so to set a good example and be around for a very long time. Kids really do watch what u do and by example they follow. i know ive seen it with my girl
