PINKLISSA
Oh my Gosh, my roommate had a real Dr Pepper addiction, minimum 3 liters a day for at least a decade! And then suddenly, when the stress in her life had subsided another friend said, how about tea. And POW! just like that, she no longer drinks Dr Pepper.
She still has cravings but she refrains from buying it and hasn't had even one Dr Pepper in 6 months now! I am so proud of her!
This was not why I came to your page however. LOL I just wanted to thank you for being a part of my SparkPeople journey when you swung by my page and posted on a blog.

Hello Jenn, thank you for commenting on my BLOG. I love walking and this is exactly what I will be getting back to not that it has stopped raining. 5 years ago I was a half marathon runner but since then I have had 2 major injuries as well as major surgery (gave my right kidney to my son). The hardest has been plantar fasciitis that I developed in both feet so as I heal I have had to curtail the distance I can power walk. I can no longer run but still power walk because it gives that "rush" which makes you feel good all day.
