Making It Happen!


Hi! I am a 47 year old happily married for 23 years with two beautiful daughters ages 17 & 19. My oldest is a sophomore in college. By tracking my foods everyday, I am on my way to reaching my goals for good!

My Goals:
My goal is to make lifestyle changes and concur this weight issue for the rest of my life. I strive to workout at least 5 days a week.

Since I am a tax preparer I sit on my butt for 3 months and normally gain 10 pounds. My goal this year is to workout every morning and stay on my eating plan.

I am from upstate Poughkeepsie, New York, Most of my extended family still lives on Long Island. I have called Colorado my home since I was 5 years old. Grew up in Boulder, graduated from Boulder High School. Currently residing in Arvada CO since I was married in 1986.

    Using the bar area with a microwave, electric skillet and crock pot along with that small sink for the kitchen. It is HARD! The temporary refrigersator we have doesn't work on the fridge part so that we use for shelving. The freezer doesn't get cold enough for a freezer so we use it as a small fridge. Can't wait to be done a THROW IT AWAY! (Actually donate it...it probably needs a charge but we were not willing to pay for freon charge since we only needed it for 2 months).
