Introduction Text I have always played sports (basketball and volleyball) and was fortunate enough to be able to play competitively at both the high school and collegiate levels. Once my playing days were over I found myself in a fitness rut; that's when I discovered my love for running. I have now completed several 5Ks and a 1/2 marathaon, which I am currently training for another one. My goal is to hopefully be able to complete a full marathon before I'm 30!

- Stretch before and after every workout - Limit the amount of sweets I eat to 1-2 per week - Take my dogs on a walk/run with me at least 5x a week

I currently run 3x per week and x-train 3x per week.

I am originally from Cincinnati, OH, but have moved around quite a bit for my husband's job. I now live In Kalamzoo, MI and love living so close to the lake! I also have a twin sister who lives in Columbus, OH and we motivate each other to stay on track with our training programs. :)
