Brrr, it's cold outside. So if you are reading this, you know I am not a cold weather girl. I like the late spring and early fall weather. This time of year is really busy for me. The Winter Reading program has just start, and I am getting everything ready for the Summer Reading program. So make sure you are reading, if you are looking for a new book to read message me and I can send you a recommendation.

Healthy wise, the Holidays won. I indulged too much and now I am back to where I was before. So starting over, its done, time to move on.

Fitness Minutes: 45,551

My Goals:
I want to be able to shop at other stores besides woman within.

I want to weight between 150 and 160

I plan on working my way little steps at a time, starting with 10 pounds.

I want to be able to go up and down steps without feeling out of breath.

I want to be able to go on rides and not have to tell my husbands and kids I can't ride because I wont fit.

Last I want to get off this high blood pressure pill. I hate taking pills so I only take them when I absolutely have too. So this is a big one for me.

My Program:
Exercise:Team Body Project. Right now I am on the real start. Which is a two week program for beginner exercisers.

Food wise: No 2nd portions, cut back on caffeine, eat more of the good stuff less of the bad, and stay within my calorie range . On Fridays (my day off work), I am going to Spot on Nutrition for breakfast. It has herbalife shakes.

    How are you progressing since fall?
    For portions control a lady I knew of, when she decided the weight must come off, looked at her normal plateful, realised it was the same as hubby’s and knew a woman didn’t need as much.
    While she came to terms with cooking less, she plated their meals as normal and allowed hubby to remov3 half of hers. Didn’t ask what he did with the spare, but she lost weight and didn’t feel hungry to deprived. If or wasn’t on the plate she didn’t need to eat it.
