Fall is coming and so is pumpkin spice and everything apple cinnamon!

This year I believe is a year of change for my family. My oldest son just graduated high school, I finally have my three school age kids going to the same school, my second child will be getting his drivers license soon, and my hubby will be graduating with his bachelors degree this December.

So I think its a good time to reevaluate me. Think about my goals and what I need to change to not only feel better but to be the best version of me I can be.

Fitness Minutes: 45,340

My Goals:
I want to be able to shop at other stores besides woman within.

I want to weight between 150 and 160

I want to walk a 5K

I plan on working my way little steps at a time, starting with 10 pounds.

I want to be able to go on rides and not have to tell my husbands and kids I can't ride because I wont fit.

Last I want to get off this high blood pressure pill. I hate taking pills so I only take them when I absolutely have too. So this is a big one for me.


My Program:
Exercise: I joined the Team Body Project site with free exercise video programs. Right now I am on the real start. Which is a two week program for beginner exercisers.

Food wise: No 2nd portions, cut back on caffeine, eat more of the good stuff less of the bad, and stay within my calorie range . On Fridays (my day off work), I am going to Spot on Nutrition for breakfast. It has herbalife shakes.
