Well I have tried eating healthier and working out times before and never succeeded. I finally got my act together April 27th 2010 and so far im doing ok. Ive been eating healthier (although sometimes I eat something not too healthy once in a while :/ still trying to change that bad habit) and I drink water water and water lol. Ive also been working out every single day and I actually enjoy it. I realized the workouts I was doing in the past werent an interest to me and thats why I could never stick to it, so I started out with a dancing program this time and its become one of my hobbies. Im a stay at home mother of 4 kiddos so its hard to get out to a gym or go out and workout ( not that I want to go to a gym just yet lol too uncomfortable at this moment in time) but I do use workout dvds here at home in my living room. I currently use Zumba, Leslie Sansone, and Jillian Michaels. I love Jillian Michaels athough she is tough.. you feel the workout after so you know its working. Well I have lots of weight to lose so this is gonna be a long journey.. I just hope I keep it up and make it my life long goal not just for this moment. If anyone needs a friend or whatever.. feel free to add me. Im always open to meeting new ppl :)
