Why Now?
Because I am sick and tired of being sick and tired. I would love to walk a flight of steps without getting winded. I would love to walk into a clothing store and not feel that all the clothes in my size were designed for my Grandma. I would love for my pants to wear out in places other than the thighs. I would love to wear a pair of pantyhose and not have people hear me before they see me. I would love to be able to wash all parts of my body without breaking into a sweat. I would love to be able to sleep soundly through the night without a CPAP machine. I would love to be able to say that I did it, in spite of all the doubts and fears. Why now?, because "It's My Time!"

My Goals:
My goals are no blood pressure medicine, a healthier lifestyle, and a slimmer fit body.


My Program:
Reworking my plan. I've been up and down but that's about to change. (1/2/2018)

My plans are to drink at least 10 glasses of water each day, to get 25+ grams of fiber each day, to eliminate adding salt to my food and to decrease my carb and sugar intake. I will exercise at least 3 days a week for 60 minutes and try to increase my steps to 10,000+ a day.

Daily meditation is a must.



Personal Information:
I live in North Carolina.

I realize that every pound that I am able to drop increases my chances of eliminating present health issues.


Other Information:
I love computers and any other electronic gadgets.
