I have gained weight and have high blood pressure since I quit smoking in Jan. I was a 2 pack a day smoker. I'm 64 and want a healthier lifestyle. Have started walking a mile a day and got my bp down. I do not want to take medicine the rest of my life when I can probably control it with diet and exercise. Hubby has Parkinson's and high blood pressure and needs to lose weight also;
