 What I am currently doing to achieve my goals are:low calorie intake and alot of cardio to get the calories burning! I have this wonderful walking video I use along with my treadmill workouts!

 I love reading, I will read anything that sparks my interest. As for TV, I dont watch too much, I do enjoy watching The Biggest Loser though!
