Diet: Eat within my set calorie range using Spark People to track and meet nutrient goals
Monday: Gym - Cardio and Strength: Upper Body
Tuesday: Home Workout
Wednesday: Yoga Fit
Thursday: Home Workout
Friday: Gym: Cardio and Strength: Lower Body
Saturday and Sunday: Rest Days
Personal Information:
My name is Jessica and I live on Vancouver Island. I am 30 and have two beautiful little boys 2 and 5 and a wonderful husband that I've been with since we were 15 (Wow! Half our lives lol)
After baby # 2 the weight just stayed put the last 2 years and never came off. I'm sick of it and it's time to get my butt in gear and lose the extra lbs. Baby isn't really a baby anymore anyways. lol.
Other Information:
I am the child care provider for my Licensed In Home Family Child Care. I'm fortunate with my career choice to be able to be home with my boys through their first five years. We have a house full of kids all under five every weekday, it's crazy some days, but it's a lot of fun.
I like Yoga, running, being outdoors in general, and reading the Classics and Victorian Literature. I graduated with distinction from University with a Degree in English Literature.
