I am now the big 3-0 and the even bigger 3-0-0 (well 312 to be exact). I slip, fell and am now trying to dust myself off and get back on track. I think I put too much pressure on myself before. This time I am setting tiny 15 lb goals till I reach my ultimate goal of 175 (which is still frustratingly obese according to some ama guidelines). Thats a grand total of 140 pounds. I refuse to give myself a time limit for this. I hope to accomplish this no later then my 32nd birthday. Thats 2 yrs away. If I dont make it then ooooooh durn. Anyways, wish me luck!!!!!!!

My Goals:
i plan to get down to 225.. after i reach that i will set another goal of 50 pounds. that will make me 175. that will make me almost half of me. my other goals include walking 3 miles a day plus the usual walking associated with daily life, i want to fit into a size 13 jeans and look good in a dress. my biggest fear is that as my fat disappears so will my boobs...lol


My Program:
walking about 45minutes a day, watching what i eat and slim fast (yes i said it). it works for me. everyone is different. i dont have time for a sit down and cook breakfast and i dont like milk so cereal is something i dont do very often.

if anyone in tampa would like to get together for walks or maybe join a gym let me know.



Personal Information:
im from tampa, fl... married to a wonderful and supportive man , i have 2 boys age 8 and 6. i love my family and i want to be healthy for them.
