Be healthy again and happy with myself


I have been on this weight roller coaster ride for about 7 years now. I have went through a lot in these years. I lost my daughter when she was only 13 and I went through a divorce after being married for 20 years. And I have found that I am a stress eater and I need to change that. Plus I need to start exercising. I want to feel good and when I look at myself in the mirror I want to be happy with what I see.
