Discover. - Mark Twain, American writer I have been very active in the latter years of my life as full time caregiver for my Mom (she passed in 2005) and as a full time employee of a very active and wonderful Senior Center. Recently I experienced a loss of energy, dizzyness, difficulty breathing and periods of confusion. I was diagnosed (finally) after lots of tests with primary biliary cihrosis. This is caused by an autoimmune disorder or disorders. It is treatable and the prognosis is good. I am undertaking a healing journey and I need support to help me quit feeding into the darkside of disability. I have developed a schedule to help me with the meds and total loss of energy spells... but am still experiencing trouble losing weight. I see the light, but need help to row the waves:)

I am a being of light. Angels are all around me, helping and guiding me at all times. I am safe and I am loved. Everything in my life happens at just the right time, in just the right place and in the best way for my highest good. And so it is.

Everything works out in the end. If it hasn't worked out, it's not the end. - Unknown Life is what I make of it. I have control over my own life. I gain strength from struggles I have won. I gain wisdom from my experiences. I gain joy from the love in my own heart.

Beginning today and for the rest of my days I vow to love myself unconditionally. I AM empowered!
