Jules ditches borderline high blood pressure


A long-time vegan (8+ years), exercise nut with excellent cholesterol levels and a very active, low-stress, healthy lifestyle, I find I am nonetheless in borderline high blood pressure areas (usu. around 127/90). I eat very clean but have an enormous appetite and when looking at non-medicine ways to reduce blood pressure, the only thing I am not doing is losing weight. I joined Sparkpeople to ditch excess weight and to get my blood pressure below 120/80
