Hello Everyone. i wrote this on 7/22/2012 5:40pm... and today is Jan 4,2016 1:35am. and im already 298 pounds. 3 years and a half and still dont get it. :/ gonna give it my 10thousand 5hundred 45th try. I look my self at the mirror and always say to myself, "nah i aint that fat yet, I'm still good".. REALLY!! i havent weight myself like in about 3 months, but the last time i weight myself i was like 272 pounds, that's the most ever in my life.. i feel fatter than 3 months ago, so i might be like 15 pounds heavier. I'm SCARED!! to even weigh myself... THE SADDEST PART.. is that i was a U.S. MARINE for 5 years, just got out 2 years ago, and look at me now. I know all the fundamentals to loose weight, the right foods the excersises etc. BUT what now?? I Dont know.. everytime i try something, i end up quitting!!.. WHATS WRONG WITH ME!!?? i have a fatty liver now, Thyroid decease, and cholesterol levels are going higher all the time... just had a baby Newborn, a girl, she is 3 months now.. I LOVE HER SO MUCH!!.. i want to be able to see her grow up.. but why isnt that even motivating me??? WHY!!!??? im about to finish my bachelors soon, only 25 years old BEARLY and already feeling like a 50 year old.. as matter of fact, im even a soccer coach, i do run with my kids from time to time, but thats not enough.. I dont choose my foods right, and everytime i finish eating i regret it!!!..... NOW I DONT EvEN know why am i writing all this... well maybe i do... yesturday i started watching a show in spanish just like biggest looser, is called (DALE CON GANAS).. and it has gotten me thinking.. and i want to try it. again.. this is prob my 100th time trying, no lie.. i have tried it all, pills, creams, sauna suits, sauna belts, tea's, gym, soccer, tuna diet, apple diet, bio shaker, insanity, p90x, hip hop abs, calorie count, AND WAY MORE.. prob have invested over thousands of dollars and always end up quitting... MAYBE I Need people to motivate me everyday to remind me that this is for my health more than my weight..... IDK!! but i NEED HELP!!.. tomorrow i want to start again.. and i seriously need alot of motivation.. i hope i can find friends here that can help me.. because i seriously feel like a looser, eventhough i dont show it to nobody.. im usually the strong one in the family, the one always taking all the hits and motivating and giving advice!!.. BUT I DONT TAKE MY OWN!!! PLEASE HELP!!!

My Goals:
My MAIN GOAL, is to CHANGE MY LIFESTYLE.. eat healthier, excercise frequently, and have a higher self-esteem. Also i just want to be right on my max weight limit not skinny but toned. And last and not least, be able to see my baby grow up healthy.

My Program:
My Program will consist on calorie counting, and either walking or running in the mornings, gym in the afternoons and insanity in the night times. SUNDAYS OFF.

    Thanks for adding me as a friend, and welcome back. This isn't my first time losing weight but so far it's been the one with the best results. The tip: don't be too hard on yourself, it's not about being perfect, it's about taking small steps that will change your lifestyle FOR GOOD. Don't see this as a temporal thing that once you reach your goal it's back to eat like before. Find what makes YOU healthy and do this out of love, not hate. (I also found that avoiding sugar helped A LOT with cravings).
    If you need any help/support/listener, I'm here. It doesn't matter if you made a bad choice, the important thing is that the next one is a good one.

    Congrats on losing in your first week! Don't forget that you may lose a lot the first week, but you may get down to a pound or 2 each week, depending on what you're doing. Don't get discouraged though! :) SP recommends that you lose 1-2lbs a week, so be careful if you're losing 5+ each time.

    Hey, just take it one day at a time - trust the system! If you work out and eat well consistently, the results will show, I promise.
