I used Spark People a few years ago and dropped to my lowest weight ever. Over the last few years I've packed on about 20 unwanted pounds. I used to be a long distance runner and after about two years needed to stop running due to a reoccurring injury. I'm a huge fan of Beach body Programs so I started collecting and doing these programs. In the past couple of years there have been lots of ups and downs in life causing much stress leading to emotional eating and weight gain. I need to get back in the gym. I have no excuses. We have a home gym stocked with most everything a regular gym has. I must break through this wall and get back to a healthy weight. I must get healthy again. I must change my current lifestyle to be healthy and active. I can't do it alone. I've tried without success many times. Baby steps. Short, obtainable goals. One meal, one moment, one day.

I have collected a handful of Beachbody programs so I will rely on a variety of workouts from my BB programs.

I have been blessed with a wonderful husband of over 13 years and two beautiful children.

Other Information:
I enjoy reading, learning new things, spending time with family and friends and serving people. I also enjoy the outdoors, whether camping, hiking, walking or biking.
I enjoy studying the Holy Bible and learning more about Christianity and what it truly means to be a follower of Jesus.
