Introduction Text I'm a busy wife, mom and busy grandma. I'm even busier with the birth of twins on March 30, 2014! I want to keep up with my sweet husband, children, and all the grandchildren as they grow up. I was widowed on July 10, 2006 to Alan, the most wonderful man. Then I met another most wonderful man, Reese, who was also widowed, and we were married June 23, 2012. Life is sweet! Life is an adventure!

I will reach a healthy weight by the end of 2016. I will be respectful of my body by listening and honoring what I need to do to be my best.

I am a vegetarian, and I include dairy and eggs in my diet. I try to eat whole grains and foods that are not very processed most of the time. My husband and I go to the gym 4 to 6 days per week that includes strength training, cardio, and stretching. Weather permitting we love to ride our bikes on the many trails in our area.

I moved from Northern Nevada to Utah when I married Reese, my current husband. Family and my religious faith are important to me.

I have struggled with my weight my entire life. When my late husband died I lost 70 pounds that year. Time will tell where my best and healthiest weight is. I'm not concerned about reaching a particular number on the scale.
