Goal weight: 135 lbs -- or wherever I feel both healthy and happy about my appearance. Short-term goal: 118 lbs. (Almost there!) Fitness goals: 100 crunches in a set, complete a Warrior Dash

Yoga every morning. Strength training. Walking. Amounts and intensities vary. Right now I'm focusing on consistency, building up the habit of working out.

I am a spiritual director for people whose paths have taken them outside of traditional, monotheistic faith paths, and working on becoming a freelance writer. Meanwhile, I have a day job as an admin at a non-profit health delivery organization -- which is nice, because they encourage things like taking walking breaks.
