    I just wanted to stop by and say thank you for the sparkgoodies and your comments! emoticon

    I have hit several plateau's since I have been on SP, If anything, I have learned that I have to change my routine whether its my fitness or my food intake. I use the weekend to go over what I have done for the week, and look at my ups and my downs. emoticon

    I try to make sure that I am eating enough to support the calories that I burn each day emoticon

    I drink anywhere from 100 to 140 oz of water each day emoticon

    I try to make sure I get at least 10,000 steps per day--although I just read an article which suggested that if you are in the process of losing weight that you should try and aim for 12,000 steps per day--thats Crazy!!!but I will at least try--LOL!! emoticon

    But really.... I try not to take myself so seriously emoticon there are weeks where I am organized and just steam rolling away, but I also have some days where I just want a cheeseburger emoticon LOL!! I don't beat myself up over it, I have it and than move on. emoticon
