I write poetry. My own favorite poem is about rearranging the facts. This is how I deal with necessary changes, a sort of re-prioritizing, and re-grouping of, life's stuff.
March 2011. I now am in Stage 3. My Motivational Motto is a phrase from a Tashlikh Prayer: "Let us cast away the sin of stubbornness, so that we will neither persist in foolish habits nor fail to acknowledge our will to change."

March 2011. I now am in Stage 3. My Motivational Motto is a phrase from a Tashlikh Prayer: "Let us cast away the sin of stubbornness, so that we will neither persist in foolish habits nor fail to acknowledge our will to change."
July 2011. I am in stage 4 now, here at SparkPeople; more goals to incorporate--get projects done around here:
I regularly work on: One Minute Yoga SparkTeam (Learning to do the Camel correctly is amazing me--challenges me emotionally and physically), basic T-Tapp from that SparkTeam, some Chi walking that I just learned more about from that SparkTeam, use more of the Raw Foodies and Nuts for Coconuts SparkTeams recipes, and portion control--portion control adding The Quilt SparkTeam guideline to limit carbs in Wintertime--though I think root crops and apples always have attracted people during Winter; just look at how many old recipes combine meat with one or more of these!
And, I need to do more handwork. I relax when I do handwork; I feel productive without becoming worn out quickly.
“I am only one, but I am one. I cannot do everything, but I can do something. And I will not let what I cannot do interfere with what I can do.”—Edward Everett Hale
Zig Ziggler believes that if you can do something tomorrow to make things worse for yourself, then you can do something tomorrow to make things better for yourself. i agree that this generally is true.
I think I am an INFP, though the S/N, F/T, and P/J tend to flip in varied settings. This flipping is probably caused by training via my WWII Sergeants, Mom and Dad : -) I even test really close on the I/E. So, who am I? That is the INFP question!

My Goals:
Goals:
Keeping a lot of fresh/frozen produce in my diet.
Strengthening my core muscles.
Becoming more flexible.
Encourage a wage/salary span for work, so more money is retained in the businesses. This will allow businesses to grow instead of making more people billionaires. And re-establish tariffs.
My Program:
Using the Nutrition Tracker helps me a lot.
Crochet again. Really learn knitting.
Reading the Beck Diet Solution cards that I wrote for my life-changes.
Do Teresa Tapp's Total Back Stretch daily.
Personal Information:
Born, and still in, the South-East of the in-debt U.S.A. Grow up, Congresses---State and Federal; and County Commissions can turn a LOT of nonsense around! And Governors need to deal with their states, not just hang-around with Federal programs.
March 2011-- did the over-60 basic functionality assessment, and I can't do some of it--haven't been able to since I was a child! I have structural problems.
Medical doctors just wanted to drug me for depression! Depression is a symptom of the now-common, brain parasites/low-B1/low-Vit A, etc--not a free-standing disease. Even The Quilt SparkTeam has links with info about various hormones and how to get our bodies normal again.
Other Information:
Hobbies: a garden, hens, and small orchard. Obtaining food from far places helps get micro-nutrients into our systems, so I am not a complete locovore.
Movies: Stranger Than Fiction and Ground Hog Day. Housekeeping, with my personal edit: Do NOT burn down the house--even if it does remind you of the mother you hated; the sisters can use that house at times.
Music: Soft Rock and Classical
Averse to acronyms; and more and more, as I study in various fields of learning, averse to abbreviations, also.
