My Goals:
Have changed again. I would like to go do some clothes shopping next summer for a new wardrobe. I would like to go hike the wonderland trail around Mt. Rainier this next summer.

My Program:
 Cutting fat and sugar intake. Increasing my veggies. Increasing my physical activity.

Lost 10%: 325 lbs.

Lost 20%: 288 lbs.

Lost 30%: 260

Personal Information:
I'm from Illinois and still reside in Illinois. I like to visit other places as much as possible.

Other Information:
 I love nature. I think we are incredibly fortunate to have the kind of lifestyle we have available. I just want to be able to feel "satisfied" with things other than food!
